先安装了tensoflow其次安装了cuda8.0和cudnn5.0，出现了这样的问题，

解决办法：再重新安装tensorflow

cudnn5.0的安装：

(1)、解压缩：会生成cuda/include、cuda/lib、cuda/bin三个目录；

(2)、分别将cuda/include、cuda/lib、cuda/bin三个目录中的内容拷贝到C:\Program Files\NVIDIA GPU Computing Toolkit\CUDA\v8.0对应的include、lib、bin目录下即可。
