神奇的事情，重启主机（reboot）后查看状态是正常的没有报错，重启zabbix-agent后，报无法打开zabbix_agentd.pid，zabbix-web正常监控

1、首先，/etc/zabbix/zabbix_agentd.conf 配置文件中PID路径是：/var/run/zabbix/zabbix_agentd.pid，且这个文件存在

2、提示：/run/zabbix/zabbix_agentd.pid 文件打开失败，这个文件也存在，所属人和所属组都是zabbix，zabbix可以正常运行，无法打开是啥子问题？？，求解答
