(但以下方法应该只要不是过于老旧的Ubuntu,都行得通)

从源码安装go-vnt

安装Go编译器(版本大于1.9)和C编译器

  • 安装C编译器GCC[1]

    sudo apt-get  build-dep  gcc

    验证GCC是否安装成功

    gcc --version

    如果出现GCC版本信息,说明安装成功。

  • 安装go编译器[1]

    • 下载go编译器(编译器版本大于1.9,我们这里是1.10)

      wget https://storage.googleapis.com/golang/go1.10.linux-amd64.tar.gz
    • 解压压缩包到/usr/local下面

      sudo tar -C /usr/local -xzf go1.10.linux-amd64.tar.gz
    • 配置环境变量

      • 在$HOME/.bashrc文件的末尾添加三行

        vim $HOME/.bashrc

        (不会vim可用gedit命令)

        export GOROOT=/usr/local/go
        export GOPATH=$HOME/go
        export PATH=$PATH:$GOROOT/bin:$GOPATH/bin
      • 更新文件,使文件生效

        source ~/.bashrc
    • 输入命令,查看GO编译器版本信息

      go version

      如果显示版本信息,则说明安装成功

克隆go-vnt源码[2]

  • 首先,克隆仓库go-vnt到路径$GOPATH/src/github.com/vntchain,并进入项目目录:

    mkdir -p $GOPATH/src/github.com/vntchain
    cd $GOPATH/src/github.com/vntchain
    git clone https://github.com/vntchain/go-vnt
    cd go-vnt

    如果有以前的版本,请更新到最新:

    git pull
  • 然后,使用下面命令编译gvnt:

    make gvnt

    或者使用下面命令编译gvnt和所有工具:

    make all

    经过以上可以在$GOPATH/src/github.com/vntchain/go-vnt/build/bin/目录调用gvnt,为方便使用可以将gvnt安装到$GOPATH/bin:

    go install -v ./cmd/gvnt
  • 查看当前使用的gvnt版本号

    gvnt version

创建并进入节点目录[3]

cd ~
mkdir vntnode
cd vntnode

使用init.json文件初始化节点

创建init.json文件,并写入以上内容。然后使用init.json进行初始化:(注意命令后面的“."表示当前目录,不要漏了)

gvnt init init.json --datadir .

创建账号

可以设置密码:

gvnt account new .

如果你已经有账号,可以直接将账号keystore文件拷贝到vntnode/keystore目录。

启动节点

使用任一公共全节点的p2p地址作为bootnode,启动节点:

gvnt --networkid 1 --datadir . --port 3001 --vntbootnode "/ip4/39.97.235.82/tcp/3001/ipfs/1kHaSHxTJGAWKgk69Dk4a3BZzzJvVMfzsDHehyJDgm4tXQ8" --syncmode full --rpc --rpcaddr 0.0.0.0 --rpcport 8880 --rpcapi="db,core,net,vnt,personal" console

成功执行以上命令,你应当已经连接上了VNT Hubble主网,并且开始同步区块,区块同步可采用以下方法查看:

通过attach命令连接到节点:

$ cd vntnode
$ gvnt attach gvnt.ipc

查看同步:
