最后发现网友有同样现状，使用64bit CPU在32位系统装32位oracle 11G，其解决方法为安装oracle官方的补丁p8670579_112010_LINUX.zip。
机器CPU如果是AMD64位，装Linux32系统，再装32位Oracle会出现错误

将下载好的补丁p8670579_112010_LINUX.zip解压
1.进入目录8670579
2.执行$ORACLE_HOME/OPatch/opatch apply
