Solution:

pip install --trusted-host pypi.org --trusted-host files.pythonhosted.org <package_name>

 

 

 

以上pip那么多报错 怎么都搞不定，都是因为我将pip升级了。重装python和pip之后并且不升级pip就可以正常安装package了
