新装系统后，tomcat启动起来 提示如下错误：

Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\Program Files\Java\apache-tomcat-8.5.11-geneshop3\webapps\ROOT\index.html (拒绝访问。)

提示tomcat下的文件被拒绝访问，

原因呢，就是我登录并不是使用管理员登录的电脑系统。【Windows7系统】

解决方法：

1.就是找到tomcat文件夹，然后进入属性

2.修改当前用户对tonmcat文件夹下的权限

然后 再使用 就可以了。

或者，直接在下面这个地方，将自己现在的这个登录账户禁用，并使用Admin可用，下次登陆就使用管理员登录就可以了
