jdbc 连接oracle数据库（10.2.0.4），应用程序报错如下：

Connection refused(DESCRIPTION=(ERR=1153)(VSNNUM=169870592)(ERROR_STACK=(ERROR=(CODE=1153)(EMFI=4)(ARGS='(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=TCP)(HOST=192.168.86.111)(PORT=1521))'))(ERROR=(CODE=305)(EMFI=1))))

客户端环境如下：

jdk版本试1.6

jdbc版本：ojdbc14.jar

处理方法：升级ojdbc14.jar 为ojdbc6.jar，下载地址为：Oracle Technology Network

估计把jdk由1.6降级为1.4也能解决（未实验）

本次故障采用升级ojdbc的方法解决
