最大进程数为1024是太少了，最少要增加到4096，但是生产中建议调大些，我们生产中使用的值是655350

解决方法：

vim /etc/security/limits.conf   #增加如下四行

elasticsearch soft nproc
elasticsearch hard nproc 

elasticsearch soft nofile
elasticsearch hard nofile

退出终端，重新进入，重启ES
