tomcat启动时出现Address already in use: JVM_Bind 的原因是因为端口被占用，有可能是因为多次启动tomcat或者启动了多个tomcat，或者是其他应用程序或者服务占用了。

解决办法：

1、打开cmd，输入netstat -ano，查看所有端口的占用情况，找到被占用端口8080的PID是12520

2.打开任务管理器关闭进程
