I believe this is due to the Flash Player's "same
origin" policy. This means that Flash can only upload to the same server that
served the swf file. AJAX (XmlHttpRequest) and iFrames /w JavaScript have the
same restriction.

You can get around this in Flash Player by setting up
security policy XML files on the server. I've never done this and I'm not sure
how it all works but the Adobe Flash website has details.

修改你服务器上的XML安全策略文件,开放当前域名的上传限制,内容类似如下:
