spring boot + thymeleaf 乱码问题

spring boot + thymeleaf ，现在一个简单的html页面都有乱码问题，（不是所有中文都是乱码，而是部分乱码）

配置如下：

spring:

  thymeleaf:

    prefix: classpath:/templates/

    suffix: .html

    mode: HTML5

    encoding: UTF-8

    content-type: text/html

    cache: false

以上配置应该是没问题的，还是会出现部分乱码情况
