1.退出 eclipse

2.到[工程目录下]/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.core.runtime/.settings

3.把org.eclipse.wst.server.core.prefs和 org.eclipse.jst.server.tomcat.core.prefs这两个文件去掉

4.重启eclipse
