在安装anaconda的时候，默认安装的是python3.6

但是cs231n课程作业是在py2.7环境下运行的。所以需要在jupyter notebook中安装并启用python2.7版本

方法：　　

　　1.首先在anaconda中创建一个虚拟环境，安装python2.7版本

　　2.激活python2.7，命令为”activate D:\Anaconda\envs\py27“

　　3.切换到目录下，命令为“cd D:\Anaconda\envs\py27”

　　2.在python2.7下安装ipykernel，安装命令为“pip install ipykernel“

　　4.输入命令“python -m ipykernel install --name python2 ”

　　5.打开jupyter notebook查看，已经安装好了python2环境，可以进行切换了
