For this sentence, I can't agree with the translation.

I think it means that a woman may not show her real feeling until she meet with the very man.

And if you hunt for a girl, but she doesn't show enough zeal for you, that just because you are not the type in her heart.

However, you can keep on warming her heart, maybe one day she is touched by your sincere heart.
