自己创建了一个SSM 项目，使用maven的tomcat7 运行报错

信息: Starting ProtocolHandler ["http-bio-8888"]
看第一句没意思到servlet 初始化的时候报错了，找了好久，后面发觉是没有配置ContextLoaderListener ，在web.xml中配置

如果没有这个的话，则无法使用配置的拦截器，以及最重要是是拦截器使用之前需要初始化，如读取contextConfigLocation ，所以导致我的IOrdersService Autowired失败（以及开启注解扫描的情况下），下面是源代码里面查看的
