问题描述：Unable to update index for nexus-publish | http://ip:port/repository/maven-public/

解决方案：进入工作空间.metadata/.plugins/org.maven.ide.eclipse 删除nexus文件夹即可，不同版本的Eclipse这个文件有所不同；

　　　　　在Maven的配置页面，勾选Download repository index updates on startup
