解决方法:

项目-->project属性->配置属性-> 清单工具->输入和输出->嵌入清单，选择[否]   ----------->仅仅要设这个就能够了

相应的英文名称是：Property ->Configuration Property ->Manifest Tool ->Input and Output ->Enbed Manifest
