arduino组件安装驱动不成功，总是提示系统找不到指定文件。

原因是因为精简版缺少了两个关键的系统文件，导致无法安装。mdmcpq.inf  和 usbser.sys

主要步骤：

1）在C:\Windows\System32和c:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS  里放 usbser.sys
2）在C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\ 下建立文件夹mdmcpq.inf_amd64_neutral_fbc4a14a6a13d0c8 文件夹，里面放下载的 mdmcpq.inf_amd64_neutral_fbc4a14a6a13d0c8 里的全部文件。
