Unable to read workbench state. Workbench UI layout will be reset.XML document structures must start and end within the same entity.

错误提示是说：不能找到正式的工作台,工作台UI的布局将被重排!

上次卡住了，然后直接杀进程，关闭掉，今天打开的时候一直报这个错误。

--------------------解决方案--------------------

1，检查一下 .metadata目录下的.log 文件，确定是什么插件引起的冲突

2，不管报错，直到eclipse打开完毕，把之前的这个报错窗口关闭。

-------------------解决方法2----------------------

在Eclipse切换perspective时出现错误：“unable to read workbench state ...”，解决方法如下：

删除workspace\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.ui.workbench\workbench.xml

重新启动Eclipse。
