parent.location.href='ind.php'
parent用于框架结构，需要全网页转向
如果你的网页是左右框架，那么，直接把当前页面全部转到ind.php中

location.href='ind.php'
只是普通的转向，单网页中全网页转向，框架中目标框架转向不是全框架转向
如果你的网页是左右框架，那么，在左侧中点击，那么，左侧框架转向到ind.php中，右侧不变
